Jacob Henry Burn in his A Descriptive Catalogue of the London Traders, Tavern, and Coffee-House Tokens Current in the Seventeenth Century writes "The sign still extant, the corner house leading into Prujean square." The 1842 Robson Directory of London still has a "Bell" listed at #62 Old Bailey.
